Test method

 

Test of hydraulic pump: the main drive motor drives the tested pump, absorbs the medium from the hydraulic oil tank through the filter with blocking negative pressure alarm, and completes the working action. At the working oil port of the tested pump, the pressure load is increased or decreased through the proportional overflow valve. (the closed circuit pump without make-up oil pump and the motor for pump condition test must start the auxiliary oil supply pump)

 

Test of axial high-speed hydraulic motor: same to the test method of hydraulic pumps (the auxiliary oil-supply pump must be started)

 

 

Hydraulic motors with balance valve(A6VE,A2FE): the loading motor (used as pump working condition at this time) performs shaft end loading test on the tested motor.
