Test Items:
1. Displacement test: Measuring no-load pressure and discharge.
2. Volume efficiency test: Measuring the volume efficiency under rated operating conditions.
3. Power test: Start power, rated power, and overload power.
4. Overload test: Maximum displacement of the hydraulic pump or motor (at high speed), nominal speed, rated pressure of 110% or the maximum pressure for running for 1 minute or less.
5. Torque test: Input torque of the hydraulic pump, shaft end torque of the hydraulic motor (reverse test)
6. External leakage test: During the above tests, check the leakage of the sealing parts.
7. Auxiliary tests for hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders, etc.
