Hydraulic pump Test Stand 

 

Test Items:

1. Displacement Test: To measure the no-load pressure and discharge.
2. Volume Efficiency Test: To determine the volume efficiency under rated operating conditions.
3. Power Test: Include start power, rated power and overload power.
4. Overload Test: The maximum displacement of the hydraulic pump or motor (at high speed), nominal speed, 110% of the rated pressure or the maximum pressure for running for 1 minute or less.
5. Torque Test: Comprise input torque of the hydraulic pump and shaft end torque of the hydraulic motor (reverse test)
6. External Leakage Test: During the aforesaid tests, inspect the leakage of the sealing parts.
7. Auxiliary Tests for Hydraulic Valves and Hydraulic Cylinders, etc.
